In 2012 Lotte Driessen graduated at the Maastricht Academy of Performing Arts. As a trainee she performed at the Queeste in Flanders and at the Toneelschuur, directed by Casper Vandeputte. For six months she was with Toneelgroep Maastricht. In the summer of 2013 she made her film debut in “Leve Boerenliefde” by Steven de Jong. In 2014 she played at several summerfestivals, (amongst others with Young Gangsters,) like the Parade and Fringe Festival and on television she played guest roles in the series “Bluf” and “Suspicious Minds”.

In 2015 whilst contracted by Toneelgroep Oostpool, she won the Zilveren Krekel award for GTA5, a show for children, and she toured the country with the prized show “De Onrendabelen” by Marcus Azzini. In the summer of 2016 she performed in “The Re-enactment of the now” by Davy Pieters (Theater Utrecht) and had a supporting part in the series “Odds”, directed by Danyael Sugawara. Other supporting parts that year: the series “Weemoedt” and “Dokter Tinus”.
During this current season she will be performing in “Het Torentje” (Orde van de Dag) and together with director Eva Line de Boer she will be working on the show “Tutorial” at the Cement Festival.

This season Lotte is performing in Othello by directed Daria Bukvic for the National Theatre.
